You can either search by typing in a product keyword into the search option at the top of the website or you can click on any of the categories at the top. Once you have clicked through, you can also make use of the filters such as colours, size, and price on the left of the page.
You don’t have to, although it is recommended so you don’t have to fill in your details each time you shop. But you can carry on shopping and set up your account when you check out. Remember, setting up an account means you can track your orders, be the first to know about styles that are dropping, and get access to special offers.
Our products are based on Australian sizes. We currently offer AU sizes 8-14. Please refer to the size chart on the drippinhot website.
We only accept mPaisa as the mode of payment in Fiji.
Please check your M-Paisa account to ensure you have sufficient funds in it otherwise please top it up.
You will be charged based on your billing address so if you are in Fiji, you will be charged in Fiji dollars.
You can apply your discount coupon, if applicable, at the checkout.

Your chances are not good especially if a product is sold out as we are constantly striving to bring you the latest in fashion so if you buy something that you really like and want a backup piece, it would be best to order it pretty soon after your first order.
We use a number of providers to get your order to you via airfreight.
Shipping is free for all orders over $300. For all orders under $300, you will be charged the following rates depending on the total weight of the products your order.
Up to 0.5kg – $50
Up to 1.0kg – $70
Up to 1.5kg – $85
Up to 2.0kg – $99
Once you have placed an order, it generally takes 24 hours to process, although we endeavour to send it out the same day.
The estimated normal delivery time after the order is dispatched is between 5-7 days, but your order could take between 10-14 days or longer to arrive during the holiday season.
You will be sent an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. You can then track your order via the link to the courier service in your email, which will be sent to the email address provided when you placed the order. So please ensure you have entered your correct email address when placing your order. If your package has not arrived, please contact our customer support team on [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying any customs duty and value added tax on your order. Before your order is delivered to you, the courier company will email you any VAT and duty obligations. Once that is cleared, you will receive your order. If a parcel needs to be returned because you are unable to pay VAT and duty charges, you will not get a refund.
In the rare scenario that happens, we are sorry. Please email us on [email protected] and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
If at any time you are not happy with the items you have ordered, you can return them to our warehouse within 30 days with proof of purchase and the reason for returning. For your return to be processed, the products must not have been worn or washed, must still have the original tags and be in original condition. We will, however, not accept any underwear, swimwear, lingerie or jewellery or sale items.
We will refund the purchase price of items you return if they meet our terms and conditions, but you will have to bear the postage/courier cost. Please use a delivery service through which you can track the products you are returning as they remain your responsibility until we receive them. We are not liable for returned items which are lost in transit.
We will process any returns within 5 working days provided there are no issues with the returned products.
In the rare scenario that we don’t receive your returned items, please track your item before contacting our customer service team.
If there are any issues with the product you have returned, we will not issue any refunds but will return the products to you.
The cost of the item will be refunded to the MPaisa account used to make the purchase.
You can always return the item and get something else in exchange, but we would advise you to select carefully as you will have to bear the cost of the postage.
We check our items thoroughly before sending them out. However, if you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team on [email protected] with photographs of the fault and an explanation, and our team will respond to your issue within 48 hours. If the item is deemed faulty, your item will either be replaced or you will be refunded at our discretion.
Please use a delivery service through which you can track the products you are returning. Once we have received your item, we will do our best to refund you for the returned item within 14 days. If you haven’t received your refund within this time, please contact our customer support team on [email protected]
We do not accept any underwear, lingerie, swimwear or jewellery returns.
Please contact our customer support team on [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible and try and send you the right item or a replacement item within 24-48 hours. We cannot guarantee the same item will always be available, though.
We apologise if you were incorrectly refunded. Please contact our customer support team on [email protected] and they’ll help sort it out. Please note that refunds do not include postage charges.
If you have emailed us during the designated hours, you should receive a reply within 24 hours. If you contact us at the weekend, we will try to respond within 48 hours.
