DELIVERY
We use a number of providers to get your order to you.

Shipping is free for all orders over $300.

For all orders under $300, you will be charged the following rates depending on the weight of your final parcel.

Up to 0.5kg – $50
0.5kg to 1.0kg – $70
1.0 kg to 1.5kg – $85
1.5kg to 2.0kg – $99

How can I track my order
You will be sent an email to confirm that your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. You can then track your order via the link to the courier service in your email which will be sent to the email address provided when you placed the order. If your package has not arrived, please get in contact with our customer service team. So please ensure you have entered your correct email address when placing your order.

How much time will it take to reach me
We generally dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, and the estimated normal delivery time after the order is dispatched is between 5-7 days, but your order could take between 10-14 days or longer to arrive during the holiday season.

Customs duties & VAT
You will be responsible for paying any customs duty and value added tax on your order. The price of the items displayed not include any of these charges.

RETURNS
If at any time you are not happy with the items you have ordered, you can return them to our warehouse within 30 days with proof of purchase and the reason for returning. For your return to be processed, the products must not have been worn or washed, must still have the original tags and be in original condition. We will, however, not accept any underwear, swimwear, lingerie or earrings or sale items.

We will refund the purchase price of items you return if they meet our terms and conditions, but you will have to bear the postage/courier cost. Please use a delivery service through which you can track the products you are returning as they remain your responsibility until we receive them. We will process any returns within 5 working days provided there are no issues with the returned products. In the rare scenario that we don’t receive your returned items, please track your item before contacting our customer service team.

The cost of the item will be refunded to the MPaisa account used to make the purchase.

If there are any issues, we will not issue any refunds but will return the products to you.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team with photographs of the fault and an explanation, and our team will respond to your issue within 48 hours. If the item is deemed faulty, your item will either be replaced or you will be refunded at our discretion.
