Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.On an average shipping time line within India is about 2-5 days. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. Delays in delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Drippinhot shall not be held liable for any such delays or any loss or damage caused by such delays.You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns and Exchanges
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

For your return to be processed, the products must not have been worn or washed, must still have the original tags and be in original condition. We will, however, not accept any swimwear, lingerie or sale items.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
